As far as I know, you can trade forex either with a domicilliary account or liberty reserve account.

You can load money into your account by means of LR exchangers in your area. You can check this website for official liberty reserve exchangers: http://www.libertyreserve.com/en/exchangers/

If you are in Nigeria, there are a lot of official exchangers who will fund your account and they accept payment by means of bank deposits
